Veriqube Custom Machinery

If You Can Do It, We Can Automate It

Off-the-shelf equipment is excellent for standard problems, but your business is unique. When a catalogue solution doesn't exist, or when "standard" machines create bottlenecks, you need a custom solution. Relying on manual labour for precision tasks is not a strategy - it's a liability.

The Veriqube Custom Machinery Service delivers fully bespoke, turnkey automation. We take full responsibility for the project life-cycle: from the white-board concept to the final bolt on your factory floor. We build robust, safety-compliant machines designed to run in demanding industrial environments.

The Turnkey Build Process

1. Mechanical Design & Engineering

( The Blueprint) - We engineer the physics of your solution before cutting metal.

  • 3D Machine Design: Full SolidWorks assembly modelling of frames, actuators, and motion control systems.

  • Robotic Integration: Selecting and integrating 6-axis or SCARA robots (Fanuc, UR, Kuka) with custom End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT).

  • Safety Engineering: Designing guarding, light curtains, and interlocks to meet PSR and OSHA/CSA standards.

2. Controls & Electrical Architecture

(The Brains) - We breathe life into the iron with intelligent software and power.

  • Panel Building: CSA/UL-certified electrical cabinet design and fabrication, built in-house for quality control.

  • PLC Programming: Structured, annotated logic (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron) that your maintenance team can actually read.

  • HMI Development: Intuitive touch-screen interfaces that make complex machines easy for operators to control.

3. Fabrication & Assembly

(The Build) - We manufacture the system in our own facilities to ensure precision.

  • Precision Machining: CNC milling and turning of custom components, jigs, and fixtures.

  • Structural Assembly: Heavy-duty welding and frame assembly to ensure vibration-free operation.

  • Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT): We invite you to our shop to run the machine with your parts before it ever ships.

4. Installation & Support

(The Handover) - We don't leave until your production line is running at rate.

  • Site Installation: Physical integration of the machine into your existing line, including utility hookups.

  • Site Acceptance Testing (SAT): Validating the machine's speed, accuracy, and up-time on your floor.

  • Operator Training: Teaching your staff how to run, troubleshoot, and maintain the new asset.

Why Trust Veriqube with Your Capital Projects?

North American Standards

We are an Ottawa and Vermont-based engineering firm. We don't just import gray-market machines; we build systems that strictly adhere to CSA, UL, and ESA standards, ensuring you pass electrical inspections the first time.

Brand Agnostic Experts

We are not tied to a single vendor. Whether your facility standard is Rockwell (Allen-Bradley), Siemens, or Mitsubishi, we adapt our engineering to match your existing spare parts inventory.

Maintenance-First Design

We know machines eventually break. We design with the maintenance technician in mind - using standard, non-proprietary components and ensuring easy access to wear parts. We don't build "black boxes."

OTS or Custom Turnkey

We leverage Off-the-Shelf (OTS) robotics and conveyors where possible to reduce cost and lead time, while applying our custom engineering strictly to the "special sauce" that makes your product unique.

Lean & Efficient Process

Our methodology is rooted in Lean principles. We minimize waste in the build process to deliver machines with shorter lead times, helping you recognize your ROI faster.
